Petehovac is a ski resort located on the SE side of Delnice, in the centre of Gorski kotar, and it is a protected natural landscape. The distance from the centre of Delnice is about 3 km. With its peaks higher than 1000 meters, it is an extraordinary terrain for tour skiing. Beneath the peak of Petehovac a parking lot and two tennis courts which will be turned to ice skating surfaces during the winter period are planned to be constructed. The ski trail is ideal for beginners and recreation because it starts mildly with one steeper part and ends with one mild part. The ski resort does not have the artificial snowing equipment. Complete ski equipment can be rent on the ski resort. Night skiing has proved to be an extraordinary amusement and attraction. The trails are excellently lit up with reflectors that are installed on cableway pillars. Night skiing is also most popular. During your ride on the cableway, there is also a night panoramic view on Delnice beneath you.
